Things to check when you are using Outlook Express (OE)
and you do not see pictures and/or when you send pictures
people do not see any pictures you send
when you have OE open...near the top of the window you
will see some optional drop down menus.
(click on the small pictire to make it larger)
click on.....tools..... from the dropdown menu choose
.....options......on the new window look for the option to
click on one of the tabs at the top named ....send.....
click on the button named....HTML settings......
put a check mark in the little box next to...
......send pictures with messages....
