this is the process to change your settings so that
you can open up attachments
Your e-mail program is Outlook Express (I think... Unless you are
doing something different) When the program is opened and you are looking
at an email, it should look similar to the following picture
I have indicated on the picture how to click on the "tools" drop down menu
and from the choices click on "options" then you will see something
like the second picture diagram
in this picture you will see where you must remove the check mark by clicking on it
